Pre Run / Post Run

Quick one today. I started my morning off with black coffee and a simple smoothie made from 1/3 of a mango, 1/2 of a banana, and coconut water (the 100% coconut, no sugar added kind). After my run I warmed the rest of my microwaved sweet potato from last night in the skillet alongside some prosciutto, then put an over easy egg on top. I will say, the day I figured out how to make a perfect over-easy egg was a proud day for me. With the sweet potato underneath, I don't even miss my little buttered toast "soldiers".
