Early Morning Breakfast, Fast Packed Lunch

This morning I had...surprise, surprise...pork and eggs. I'm a creature of habit and I don't mind eating the same thing over and over. This breakfast is fast and easy, keeps me full for 5-6 hours, and doesn't take much thought to prepare at five am. 


I didn't pack my lunch last night as I usually do, so I had to put this together quickly before leaving for work. I threw some baby carrots into a container with some seasoning, a quick salad with snow peas and egg, and almonds (sealed due to nut allergies at work).
